What's the difference between verification and certification?
Verification applies to providers delivering lower-risk supports and runs as a desktop document audit. Certification applies to higher-risk supports, covers more of the NDIS Practice Standards, and includes interviews with your key personnel and staff. Which package should I choose?

Can you help us prepare for the audit itself?

Do the training courses count as audit evidence?
