Refund Terms & Conditions: Audit Guarantee
1. The guarantee. If, at an NDIS registration or renewal audit conducted by an Approved Quality Auditor, your organisation receives a major non-conformity that is directly attributable to a deficiency in documentation supplied by Veyora Pty Ltd (ABN 53 674 030 105), Veyora will refund the purchase price of the relevant documentation package or module.
2. What is covered. The guarantee applies only to major non-conformities arising from the content of Veyora-supplied policies, procedures, forms or registers, as delivered by Veyora and used without material alteration.
3. What is not covered. The guarantee does not apply to non-conformities arising from: (a) missing, incomplete or non-compliant HR records, staff screening, qualifications or other evidence your organisation is responsible for; (b) responses given by your personnel during audit interviews; (c) failure to implement, follow or maintain the supplied documentation in practice; (d) documents altered after delivery; (e) minor non-conformities of any kind; or (f) matters outside the scope of the documentation purchased.
4. Claims. Claims must be made within 30 days of receiving your audit report, in writing to info@veyora.com.au, and include the audit report identifying the major non-conformity and the auditor's findings.
5. Remedy. Where a valid claim is accepted, Veyora will refund the purchase price of the affected documentation product. The refund is the sole remedy under this guarantee. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
This guarantee applies to documentation products only and does not apply to training courses, services or add-ons.
