Your AHPRA registration
doesn't carry across.
You already know the clinical work. What stops most nurses going out on their own isn't the nursing — it's that the NDIS wants its own quality system, its own policies and its own evidence, in its own format, before you can bill a single hour.
I'll walk you through it for free.
Book 45 minutes and I'll go through your situation properly — what you want to deliver, which registration pathway that puts you in, what the Commission will actually ask for, and roughly what it costs and how long it takes.
You don't have to buy anything. If it turns out you can do this yourself, I'll tell you that and show you where to start. Most of what makes NDIS registration hard is not knowing the shape of it, and that part I'm happy to give away.
- Which registration groups match the supports you want to deliver
- Verification or certification — and why the difference matters more than anything else
- What documents you need, in what order, and which ones auditors actually read closely
- Realistic timeframes, including the audit queue, which is the part nobody warns you about
- What it costs end to end — registration, documentation, audit — with real numbers
Four things, none of them clinical.
A quality system, not a folder
The Commission doesn't want policies that exist. It wants policies that match how you actually work, with registers and records that prove it. Downloaded templates fail on exactly this point.
The audit queue
There are very few approved quality auditors operating nationally and the queue is long. Getting your paperwork done fast means nothing if you then wait months for an audit slot. Plan for it early.
The paperwork you don't expect
ABN and entity structure, insurances, worker screening, a PRODA account, portal access, incident and complaints registers. Any one of them can hold up the whole application.
The interview
Auditors question the person responsible directly. They ask you to explain your own system in your own words. We drill you on it beforehand so it isn't the first time you've answered.
Verification or certification?
Which pathway you're in is set by the supports you deliver, not by choice. It determines your cost, your timeline and how deep the audit goes — and it's the first thing worth getting straight, because a lot of people build toward the wrong one.
Verification
A document-based assessment against a smaller set of requirements. Faster and cheaper. Applies to supports the Commission treats as lower risk.
Certification
A full audit in two stages, including an on-site or remote assessment and direct questioning of key personnel. Longer and more expensive. This is where most clinical nursing supports land — including high intensity daily personal activities and community nursing.
If you're delivering hands-on clinical supports, assume certification until someone confirms otherwise. Working that out for your specific situation takes about ten minutes on a call, and it's the single most useful thing you can settle before spending money on anything.
Your documents will stand up — or you get your money back.
We build your documentation to pass. If your audit returns a major non-conformity that comes back to documentation we supplied, we refund what you paid for it. That's the guarantee, in writing, and it's the reason we build to your actual practice rather than handing you a template pack.
- Written by a clinician — your clinical governance reads like clinical governance, not a form
- Medication management, incident escalation, dysphagia and mealtime risk, worker competency, emergency and health documentation — written to your registration groups
- Built around how you actually operate, so it holds up when an auditor asks you to show it in practice
- We drill your director interview beforehand, which is the part most vendors skip entirely
- Every price published on the website. You don't sit through a discovery call to get a number
Full guarantee conditions: Refund Terms & Conditions.
Have the conversation first.
Decide afterwards.
The call costs you nothing and you'll come away knowing which pathway you're in, what's actually required, and what it realistically costs. Whether you do that with us or on your own is entirely up to you.
The audit-pass guarantee is a refund guarantee. It applies to major non-conformities directly attributable to documentation supplied by Veyora Pty Ltd (ABN 53 674 030 105) and used without material alteration; the refund of the purchase price is the sole remedy. Exclusions apply — see the Refund Terms & Conditions. Registration decisions are made by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and audit outcomes are determined by an independent approved quality auditor. Veyora is not a registered training organisation, is not an approved quality auditor, and is not affiliated with the Commission.
