Terms of Service
These terms govern your purchase and use of products and services from Veyora (veyora.com.au).
Our products
Veyora supplies digital NDIS documentation customised to your organisation, compliance services, online training and memberships. Documentation is delivered electronically, normally within 24 hours of receiving your organisation details.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate organisation details for tailoring, to review delivered documents before your audit, and to use the documents only within your own organisation. Documents may not be resold, shared or redistributed.
Intellectual property
Veyora retains ownership of all document frameworks and templates. On full payment you receive a licence to use your tailored documents within your organisation without limit.
Services and appointments
Booked services such as audits and coaching are delivered by video call or as otherwise agreed. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are set out in our Refund and Return Policy.
Guarantees and refunds
Our Audit Pass Guarantee and all refund terms are set out in our Refund and Return Policy and our Refund Terms and Conditions page.
Liability
Our documentation supports your registration and compliance, but registration decisions rest with the NDIS Commission and approved auditors. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
