Our price promise
Find the same scope of work quoted cheaper by another Australian NDIS consultancy, and we will beat that price.
The short version. Send us the written quote before you buy. If it covers the same work we do, we will beat it. If it does not, we will tell you exactly what is missing from it rather than pretend the two are the same.
What we need from you
- A written quote dated within the last 30 days. A screenshot of a public pricing page counts.
- From an Australian NDIS consultancy or documentation provider that is actually trading.
- Sent to us before you purchase. We cannot apply it retrospectively.
What counts as the same scope
We compare like for like. A quote is comparable when it covers the same registration pathway, the same Practice Standards modules, and the same level of service. Specifically:
- Customised, not templated. Documents written around your service, with your business name, your processes and your registration groups. A generic template pack is not the same product and we will not price against it as though it were.
- The same turnaround. Ours is 24 hours, complete.
- The same done-for-you work, where the package includes it: application lodgement, pre-audit evidence review, and turnaround of any document your auditor asks for.
What is not covered
- Quotes from overseas providers, marketplaces, or template sellers.
- Expired, conditional, or member-only pricing, and prices that are part of a closing-down or clearance sale.
- Auditor fees, NDIS Commission application fees, and anything charged by a third party. We do not control those and cannot discount them.
- Nationally recognised qualifications delivered under a partner RTO, where pricing is set by the RTO.
- Our free readiness review, which is already free.
How we apply it
Send the quote to info@veyora.com.au. We will respond within one business day with either a discount code that beats the quoted price, or a plain explanation of why the two are not comparable. One price match per customer per purchase.
Honest limits
We will not match a price so low that we could not do the work properly at it. If that happens we will say so directly rather than take the job and cut corners on documentation you are going to be audited against.
Veyora reserves the right to verify any quote with the issuing provider, and to withdraw or vary this promise at any time. Changes do not affect a price match already agreed in writing. This promise sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not limited by anything on this page.
