Auditors don't just read your policies. They ask you to explain them.

The most common reason a well-documented provider gets a non-conformance is that the director couldn't answer questions about their own system. It happens because the documents were bought rather than built — and auditors have seen enough of the same template packs to recognise them on sight.

This is a 45-minute drill: the real questions, in the auditor's order, with the follow-up questions that catch people out. Recorded, so you can watch yourself back.
